You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a product image to share with a friend) is permitted. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
2. Website Access & Use
Access to moonlidesigns.com is free and does not require registration. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site or its content.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website from time to time. We are not liable for any consequences arising from such changes.
3. Prices & Payments
3.1 Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged — we will never charge more than the price shown at the time of your order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to products already on sale unless explicitly stated. Discount percentages refer to USD prices and may vary slightly after currency conversion.
3.2 Payment & Security
We offer several secure payment methods, shown during the checkout process. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers (such as PayPal and Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery

In summary: we ship worldwide, orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days, and all orders include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In summary: EU/EEA customers have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Custom or personalised items are excluded. To exercise this right, please contact us at moonlijewels@gmail.com with your order number, or use the cancellation option in your order confirmation email.
6. Warranty & Legal Guarantee
All Moonli Designs jewelry comes with a 1-year voluntary quality warranty against material and manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. Manufacturing defects include issues such as broken solder joints, stone detachment due to a fault in setting, or a faulty clasp mechanism.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, improper care, modification, or normal wear and tear. Please note that exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, excessive humidity, impact, or improper storage may shorten the lifespan of plated finishes, coatings, adhesives, gemstones, or other components and is not covered under warranty.
In addition, and independently of our voluntary warranty, EU customers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771, covering defects that existed at the time of delivery. This legal guarantee cannot be waived or reduced by any commercial policy we offer.
To make a warranty or guarantee claim, please contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
7. Product Care
Jewelry should be handled with reasonable care. Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, excessive humidity, impact, or improper storage may shorten the lifespan of plated finishes, coatings, adhesives, gemstones, or other components. We recommend storing pieces individually in a dry place and removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonli Designs Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control (postal delays, customs, force majeure)
- The content or availability of third-party websites linked from our site
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. EU customers’ statutory rights are not affected by this clause.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Israel. However, if you are a consumer located in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as an EU consumer.
