This policy applies to all orders placed on moonlidesigns.com by Moonli Designs Ltd. (Hativat Golani 5, Gan Yavne 7080000, Israel). EU customers have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and EU Directive 2023/2673, which are set out in full below.
⏱ Processing Time
Each piece is handmade with love. Please allow 1–3 business days for standard items before your order is shipped. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — this will be stated on the individual product page.

Standard Shipping
- Israel: 2–5 business days via Israel Post or local courier
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs
Express Shipping
- Available for both local and international orders
- Israel: 1–3 business days
- International: 3–7 business days
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, public holidays, or courier disruptions are outside our control.
📦 Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your package is on its way.
🌍 Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in their country. Moonli Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. EU customers: shipments from Israel may be subject to import VAT and duties collected by your national customs authority upon arrival.
📬 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping costs may apply and delivery delays may occur. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee interception of a shipment already in transit.
🔁 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)
Your 14-day cancellation right
If you are located in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed by EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to exercise your withdrawal right
You can cancel your order by any of the following methods:
- Online: Use the “Cancel / Withdraw Order” button in My Account → Orders
- By email: Send a clear written statement to moonlijewels@gmail.com with your order number
- By form: Complete and return the EU Model Withdrawal Form at the bottom of this page
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email within 1 business day.
Refund after withdrawal
- We will issue a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving your returned item, or within 14 days of receiving proof of return (e.g. a tracked return shipping receipt), whichever comes first.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for standard withdrawals, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect (see Damaged Items below).
- Return address: Please contact us to obtain the current return address before sending anything back.
- We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what was necessary to assess it — comparable to trying on goods in a shop.
Items that cannot be withdrawn
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items made to your specific requirements (e.g. custom engravings, made-to-order pieces)
- Items that are not in their original, unused, unworn condition
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery (where applicable, this will be noted on the product page)
The absence of a withdrawal right for personalised goods does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
🔁 Returns (customers outside the EU)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original condition. Please email moonlijewels@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for the current return address before sending anything back.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue at moonlijewels@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We will cover return shipping costs in full in these cases
- You can choose a replacement, store credit, or a full refund
EU customers: under EU law you are also entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee against defects that existed at the time of delivery. This guarantee exists independently of and in addition to any voluntary return policy we may offer.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges or store credit are available upon request. Please contact us at moonlijewels@gmail.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
