* Open order - change color / size / address


Please write us and in case you receive an automatic reply, please reply to that automatic email you have received. Your issue is resolved after you have received a confirmation email from us.

* SHIPPING AND TRACKING

First, please check the shipping address in your order’s details. You can find it under “Purchases and reviews” > “View Receipt”. If it is correct – your package might have been delivered to a neighbor, or, the most common case – USPS have marked it as delivered a few days before they will actually be delivering it. In case your package doesn’t turn up within a few days, please let us know.

Please let us know your address and we will ship it again as soon as we get it.
