A delicate, round faux septum ring handmade from gold filled or sterling silver wire. The ring is open, so you can adjust it for a snug, natural fit. It looks just like a real septum piercing.
Choose a polished finish for a smooth, clean shine, or a hammered finish for a textured look.

It’s a beautiful piece of jewelry, but I’m disappointed with the sizing and closure. I ordered a 10 gauge, yet the piece appears much thinner than expected. It also has no snap or locking mechanism; opening it requires bending the jewelry, which I’m concerned could distort its shape.
