A delicate septum ring handcrafted from diamond cut sterling silver wire. The faceted finish catches the light, while the hoop stays lightweight and comfortable enough for everyday wear. Each ring is handmade to order.

- Inner diameter: 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm or 10 mm
- Gauge: 18 gauge
- The model is wearing the 7 mm size.

Sterling silver, nickel free and tarnish resistant. Suitable for sensitive skin.

Made for a septum piercing with 18 gauge wire. Choose the inner diameter that fits your piercing.

I loved this septum ring at first. Absolutely perfect! However after only a few weeks of wear, it began fading in color and is now dark metal gray instead of how it was originally beautiful silver 😕

Super cute! Was the perfect size! I ordered the 7mm because I wasn’t sure the 6mm would be big enough, and I’m glad I did because the 7mm is perfectly snug without being tight or too loose. Would def recommend!

Took a really long time to get here. Description says that the seller ships all items in a jewelry gift box, I did not get a gift box. It was shipped in a little folded paper. The item itself is cute though and was easy to put in.
